Pacifichem 2025 in Honolulu
2025年12月15~20日に米国ハワイ州ホノルルで開催された環太平洋国際化学会議 (The International Chemical Congress of Pacific Basin Societies 2025; Pacifichem 2025) に参加し，深澤教授が招待講演2件，磯貝 (D3), 髙木 (D2), 塩川 (D1) がそれぞれポスター発表を行いました。
深澤教授は今回，オーガナイザーの一人としてシンポジウム “Designed pi-Electronic Systems: Synthesis, Properties, Theory, and Function” (#ORG008) の運営・進行にも携わりました。多くの講演者・聴講者にご参加いただき，素晴らしい発表と活発な議論により2日半のシンポジウムを盛会にて終えることができました。また，非常に温かい交流の機会を持つことができました。現地でお世話になった皆様，どうもありがとうございました！
From December 15th to 20th, 2025, our group members headed to Honolulu, Hawaii, for the International Chemical Congress of Pacific Basin Societies (Pacifichem 2025). Aiko gave two invited talks, while three PhD students, Ryosuke, Shu, and Takumi, presented their work in the poster sessions.
Aiko also served as one of the organizers for the symposium titled “Designed pi-Electronic Systems: Synthesis, Properties, Theory, and Function” (#ORG008). Thanks to the many speakers and attendees, the 2.5-day session was a huge success, filled with brilliant presentations and active discussions.
Beyond the science, it was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect and build warm friendships with colleagues from around the world. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay in Hawaii so memorable!
